LA Construct is a construction company based on Sydney’s northern beaches and has over 20 years of experience in the building industry. The company’s core business is in the architecturally designed residential building market – including new home construction, extensions, additions, and renovations to existing homes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results by understanding every aspect of the project and our clients specific requirements. We believe this is achieved by maintaining the highest standards of business practice.

The company has been in operation since 2008 and has over 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Our project experience has enabled us to gain extensive knowledge in all aspects construction ranging from small residential works through to large commercial projects. Our team has the experience and ability to successfully complete projects ranging in size from small renovations to brand new home construction.

Managing Director Luke Godbee has over 20 years in the building and construction industry. He has completed Associate Diplomas in two separate trades in the industry – Associate Diploma in Landscape, and an Associate Diploma in Building Studies. LA Construct is also a fully licensed and insured contractor. Luke is passionate about the building industry and has been fortunate enough to have worked with some of Sydney’s leading contractors

Builders Licence No – 274439C

Luke has also been a member of the Master Builders association since opening the business and takes pride in keeping up to date with industry trends, health and safety requirements, and new technologies in the construction industry.
